The applications for the integrated admission tests for the 2021-22 academic year of the country’s 22 general and science and technology universities will begin on October 17. According to the decision, the students who have passed the admission test can apply separately to the universities till October 27. The application fee for each unit of each university is Rs.500. The admission notification will be published on October 14.
Vice-Chancellor of Jagannath University and Joint Convener of Batch Admission Test Committee Prof. Dr. Md. Imdadul Haque informed RisingBD on Thursday night after the meeting of the Vice-Chancellors.
The Vice-Chancellor said that the cluster university admission notification will be given on October 14. There detailed information about the admission process will be available. Students can apply online from 17-27 October. The application deadline will not be extended thereafter.
Regarding the admission process, he said, a student will be admitted by depositing 5 thousand rupees once after getting the subject. Later, after stopping the migration, the remaining fees should be paid in coordination with the fees of the university where the subject will come.
Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Imdadul Haque said that students used to get admission to many universities. It used to cost a lot of money. This time we will keep a deposit of 5 thousand takas. This money will be coordinated with the last university where he will be admitted.
He said to the students that the subject of his choice should be put first in the order of preference. Because the above subject will always come in migration. Will not come down again.
It is to be noted that the admission test for cluster ‘A’ unit, humanities ‘B’ unit on August 13, and commerce ‘C’ unit on August 20 were held simultaneously at 57 venues in 19 centers of the country. 85 thousand 582 students in the ‘A’ unit, 48 thousand 106 students in the ‘B’ unit, and 23 thousand 228 students in the ‘C’ unit have passed this year’s admission test of the batch.
