Brief Responsibilities: To play a role in the socio-economic development of the backward communities of the society by selecting suitable members, creating social awareness, disbursing micro-loans, collecting loan installments and savings, etc. Preference will be given to those with computer knowledge and related work experience.
Salary: 18,000/- per month during the apprenticeship.
Job Responsibilities:
The Microfinance Organizer is a grassroots worker who will be stationed at the branch/union level and will be responsible for team formation, team development, savings mobilization, loan disbursement, and loan recovery. He will organize 12-15 groups with 375-400 members (landless marginal/poor/small farmers) and develop them economically by facilitating financial services. He will select the beneficiaries for skill development training and send them to the training center as per schedule.
He shall properly preserve all the documents used in the conduct of his work as per the policy. Specific Responsibilities: Monitoring 12-15 groups (Landless, Marginal Farmers, Small Farmers, Tribals, and Poor) through motivation and intensive follow-up and conducting micro-credit and savings activities among these groups.
Formation of new teams or reconstitution of teams and admission of members as per policy. Formulating annual action plans and ensuring achievement thereof. Total number of members, number of debtor members, working credit status OTR, etc. are satisfactory (employee member ratio 1:375, employee debt ratio 1:340, debt member ratio 90:100, maintaining working credit status per employee as per annual target and ensuring financial independence always above 100%.
