Job Description/Responsibilities: Attend to both incoming and outgoing phone calls. Customer service should be provided over the phone. Complaints of customers should be reported to the concerned department. Customers must provide product information. Customers should listen and understand the complaints and inform them about appropriate solutions. Follow up on e-mails regarding after-sales service and reply to customer e-mails.
Educational Qualification: Diploma in Engineering or Graduation (any subject).
Experience: Two years of experience in related work. But can apply without experience.
Other Qualifications: Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Must have fluent communication skills in Bengali and English. Must be patient and cool-tempered.

Age Limit: Age should be between 22 to 28 years.
Work Place: Dhaka.
