As per Memorandum No. 08.00.0000.037.11.001.19.228 dated September 05, 2021, of the Department of Internal Resources for the recruitment of manpower for vacant posts under BCS (Tax) Academy, with a view to appointing manpower on a temporary basis for the following vacant posts. From the permanent residents/citizens of Bangladesh, qualified candidates are invited to apply online on this website subject to the conditions mentioned on the side of the post.

01) Post Name: Computer Operator
Number of posts: 01
Educational Qualification: a) Graduate (Honours) or equivalent degree in science department from a recognized university; and b) Must have passed the Standard Aptitude Test in the relevant subject with a speed of -30 words per minute in English, 25 words per minute in Bengali.

02) Post Name: Store Keeper
Number of posts: 01
Educational Qualification: a) Graduation (Honours) or equivalent degree from a recognized University; and b) Should have skills and experience in handling e-mails and faxes along with computer word processing.

The online application will start on 0 9 January 2023  at 10 AM.

03) Post Name: Language Lab Attendant

Educational Qualification: a) Bachelor’s degree (Honours) in Science from a recognized University or equivalent; and b) Candidates with experience as Language Lab Attendant will be preferred. c) Passed Basic Training Course in Computer and d) Must have skills and experience in handling e-mails and faxes along with word processing on computers.

c) The minimum speed in a short script should be -80 words per minute in English, 50 in Bengali and -30 in English, and 25 words per minute in computer script.

The following conditions must be followed while filling out the application form and participating in the examination:

01. a) Age limit of general candidates is 18-30 years as on 20 December 2022 AD. However, the age limit is 18-32 in the case of minorities and sons and daughters of freedom fighters/martyred freedom fighters and physically challenged. The affidavit is not admissible for proof of age.

b) In addition to the Ministry of Public Administration’s memorandum number 05.00.000.170.11.170.20.149 dated 22 September 2022 AD, even if the applicant’s age is within the maximum age limit as on 25-03-2020 AD, the candidates will get an opportunity to apply.

c) The age limit of departmental candidates is relaxable up to 40 years in respect of the posts mentioned in Serial No. 8 in the above table.

02. Candidates employed in Government/Semi-Government and Autonomous Institutions shall apply subject to permission of appropriate authority and submit a no objection letter at the time of oral examination. No advance copy will be accepted in this case.

03. If the candidate is the son-daughter of a freedom fighter/ martyred freedom fighter or the son-daughter of a son-daughter, it should be clearly mentioned in the application form.
04. Eligibility Verification of Candidates: Photocopies of all certificates must be submitted.

a) Certificates of all educational qualifications of candidates (including experience certificates where applicable).
b) Citizenship certificate issued by the Union Parishad Chairman/Municipal Mayor/Ward Council of the City Corporation where the candidate is a resident of the Union/Municipality/Ward.
c) Certificate/certificate issued by the appropriate authority to the candidate in support of quota claim other than female quota.
d) National Identity Card.
E) Copy of the application form filled in online (Applicant’s Copy) and (Admit Card).
