Other Eligibility Criteria :
‒ GPA/CGPA at least 4.00 out of 5.00 or at least 3.00 out of 4.00 in all Public Exams
‒ Excellent Communication Skills and fluency in spoken and written Bangla and English languages
‒ Well Conversance in Computer Applications, especially in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Unicode Typing, etc.
‒ Maximum Age Limit is 30 years (relaxable up to 32 years for descendants of freedom fighters) as of 25.03.2020.
Salary, Benefits, and other Conditions :
1. Initial 2 (two) years will be treated as a Probationary Period which may be extended. Upon successful completion of
Probationary Period and based on the results of training and/or performance evaluations, an Executive Trainee and
a Junior Executive Trainee will be appointed in the regular employment for the post of Assistant Manager or
equivalent at Grade-8 and Sub-Assistant Engineer or equivalent at Grade-10 respectively.
2. During Probationary Period, an Executive Trainee will receive Consolidated Pay of Taka 35,600/- (Thirty-Five
Thousand Six Hundred) per month and Festival Allowances, while a Junior Executive Trainee will receive
Consolidated Pay of Taka 27,100/- (Twenty Seven Thousand One Hundred) per month and Festival Allowances.
3. Upon regular employment of NPCBL, Salary and Benefits shall comprise Basic Pay, Residential
Accommodation (or House Rent Allowance @ 40% 60% of basic pay if Residential Accommodation can ̶ to be
provided) and Project Allowance / Power Plant Allowance @ 40% of basic pay (if applicable), and Leave
Encashment, Contributory Provident Fund, Group Insurance, Gratuity, and some other fringe benefits as applicable
as per NPCBL Rules and Policies. Basic Pay shall be Taka 62,400/- (Sixty Two Thousand Four Hundred) for Grade8 and Taka 48,000/- (Forty-Eight Thousand) for grade 10. Working Station will be at any Nuclear Power Plant of
Bangladesh or at any place to be determined by NPCBL and the service of an incumbent will be guided by the
Service Rules of NPCBL.
4. At the time of joining, an incumbent will be required to submit a Signed Surety Bond that he/she shall serve NPCBL
for at least 10 (ten) years from the joining date and if he/she leaves NPCBL willingly before completion of 10 (ten)
years of service with NPCBL then he/she shall be liable to pay to NPCBL the total money spent for him/her by
NPCBL / Government of Bangladesh / any other authority.
5. At the time of joining NPCBL, an incumbent will be required to submit Declaration regarding Confidentiality and
Security and a declaration that if at any time he/she is found to be harmful to the security of the company or of the
state or of the government or of any NPP then the authority may take any legal action including immediate
termination of service without any compensation.

1. Interested candidates must apply through the “Online Application Form” wherein, the required information along with
a scanned photograph and signature of the candidate shall have to be uploaded. The Online Application Form will be
available at http://npcbl.teletalk.com.bd during the application period from 28.11.2021 to 23.12.2021 (until 11:59
PM).
2. Each Applicant must pay Non-refundable Tk. 500/- (Taka Five Hundred) through SMS from any Teletalk Mobile

3. Candidates will be selected through written and viva voce tests/exams, proper scrutiny of relevant documents, and
upon obtaining a necessary security clearance. Candidates having foreign degrees must submit an Equivalence Certificate
from UGC, at the time of the interview. No TA/DA will be provided for attending the exams.
4. Persuasion of any kind will disqualify a candidate.
