Microfinance firm Shakti Foundation for Disadvantaged Women has issued a notification for the recruitment of manpower. Employees will be recruited in several programs in this organization. Candidates from all districts including Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Barisal, and Dhaka divisions can also apply.
1. Position Name: Trainee Credit Officer
Program: Microfinance (MFP)
Number of posts: 400
Eligibility: Graduation pass. No experience is required.
Age: Maximum 32 years
Salary: Monthly salary is Rs. 20,000. However, during the first 3 months of training, you will get an allowance of Rs. 15,000.
2. Position Name: Accountant
Program: Microfinance (MFP)
Number of posts: 120
Eligibility: Undergraduate-postgraduate pass. Preference will be given to those who have experience working as an accountant or accountant in micro-credit activities (branch level).
Age: Maximum 32 years
Salary: Monthly salary is Rs. 22,000. However, 20,000 taka during training.

Eligibility: Undergraduate-postgraduate pass. Must have 2 years of work experience in managing 5 branches and loan balance of Rs. 15 crores as Area Manager or Supervisor in microloan or micro-enterprise loan program.
Age: Maximum 45 years
Salary: Monthly Salary Rs. 44,000-46,000. However, during training, 41,000-44,000 taka.
5. Position Name: Finance Supervisor
Program: Microfinance (MFP)
Number of posts: 8
Eligibility: Undergraduate-postgraduate pass. Must have 2 years experience as a financial supervisor in microfinance activities (branch level) and 5 years experience in running a branch or 5 years working experience as an accountant, accountant, or auditor.
Age: Maximum 45 years
Salary: Monthly Salary 36,300-39,300 rupees. However, during the training period 35,300-36,300 rupees. In addition, DSA and Convince allowance of Rs. 5,500-9,000 per month will be paid.

Salary: Monthly Salary 60,000-6,000 rupees. In addition, DSA and Convenience Allowance of Rs. 8,000-9,500 per month will be paid.
7. Position Name: Senior Relationship Officer
Program: Small Enterprise Loan Program (SMEP)
Number of posts: 80
Eligibility: Undergraduate-postgraduate pass. Must have 2 years of working experience in the position of Small Enterprise Loan, Enterprise Loan, or MSE Officer.
Age: Maximum 35 years
Salary: Monthly Salary 31,950-38,950 rupees. However, during the training period 26,950-33,950 rupees.
8. Position Name: Relationship Officer
Program: Small Enterprise Loan Program (SMEP)
Number of posts: 15
Eligibility: Undergraduate-postgraduate pass. Must have 2 years of working experience in the position of Branch Manager in Small Enterprise Loan, Enterprise Loan, or MSE Loan Program.
Age: Maximum 42 years
Salary: Monthly Salary 35,000-42,000 rupees. However, during the training period 33,000-39,000 rupees.

Salary: Monthly Salary 49,900-56,900 rupees. However, during the training period 44,900-52,900 rupees.
Position Name: Regional Co-ordinator
Program: Small Enterprise Loan Program (SMEP)
Number of posts: 4
Eligibility: Undergraduate-postgraduate pass. As a Regional Manager or Zonal Manager in Small Enterprise Loan, Enterprise Loan, or MSE Loan Program, have at least 15 branches and 5 years of experience in managing a loan balance of Rs. 60 crore.
Age: Maximum 45 years
Salary: Monthly Salary 59,500-61,500 rupees. However, during the training period 56,500-6,000 rupees.
Position Name: Female Medical Assistant
Program: Health program
Number of posts: 30
Eligibility: Must have completed 4 years MATS (Diploma) course from Medical Institute. Must have at least 1-year of experience in related work.
Age: Maximum 30 years
Salary: Monthly salary is Rs. 15,000.
Other facilities in these jobs:
For posts 1 to 5 in the Chittagong and Sylhet region (for those working in the branch located in hilly areas) regional allowance of Rs. 1,500-2,500 will be provided. According to the company’s policy, distance allowance (Rs. 750-2,500, depending on the distance of work from one’s district), Baishakhi allowance, two festival bonuses per year, provident fund, gratuity, increment, and promotion after stabilization.

Apart from this, the actual cost of accidental treatment will be borne by the company during the duty period including the health facilities of the employees. 1 lakh for family support for all employees due to death during work, maternity leave for female employees for 6 months, and paternity leave for male employees for 7 days. Training Fee:
The training fee is Rs. 5,000 / – for Area Supervisor, Area Coordinator, Finance Supervisor, Branch Manager, Relationship Manager, and Senior Relationship Officer and Rs. 6,000 / – for Accountant.
